With 7 Billion people on the planet and growing, finite resources dwindling, renewable resource foundations being undermind to limit their regeneration, and wallowing in the midst of the 6th mass extinction, of which, is the biggest one yet and the only one caused by humanity, it’s time to get our head out of the sand and recognize that it’s time to evolve. It’s time to develop new operating models for planet earth. It’s time to create a Permanent Culture as Bill Mollison proposed, or more appropriately a Regenerative culture. In order to achieve this we must look at all our institutions and ask, do they help us put back more than we take, do they teach us how to put back more than we take? If the answer is “no” then its time to evolve them. This is IMPERATIVE if we want to have a peaceful, abundant and regenerative future. This means that we must call into question all of our political, economic, cultural, societal, and religious institutions, understand their roots, understand their goals and ask ourselves “Will this teach every human being and empower every human being, current and future generations, to create regenerative systems that leave enough abundance for the next 7 generations of all life to continue to regenerate?” This is is what OM Valley Evolution will explore.
